  37. Open CD titled "Voyager 2000", double click on the 
  38. "Voyager" icon to start.

  40. Windows:
  41. Open CD titled "Voyager 2000", double click on the 
  42. "Voyager.exe" icon to start.

  49. Problem:  The sound sometimes does not play smoothly.
  50.  
  51. Platform: Both
  52.  
  53. Solution:  This is a performance issue.  There will be glitches or
  54.                sometimes drop-outs in the sound when the program
  55.                is accessing other information from the CD-ROM.
  56.                This problem is more pronounced on slower machines.
  57.

  59. Problem:  If you do not hear sound in the QuickTime movie(s), but
  60.           the sound is playing elsewhere.
  61.  
  62. Platform: Windows
  63.  
  64. Solution: Go to Start Menu --> Settings --> Control Panel.  Open up
  65.           the QuickTime control panel.  Go to "Sound Out" option, then select
  66.           "waveOut" as the QuickTime playback device.

  69. Problem:  The program does not print, but gives an error message.
  70.  
  71. Platform: Windows

  73. Solution:  If you have the Acrobat Distiller installed, close the Distiller
  74.                 and try again.  If you are still having problem with the
  75.                 print function, either uninstall Acrobat Distiller or download 
  76.                 the file and print it later with Acrobat Reader or Acrobat.

  79. Problem:  The volume adjustment does not work.

  83. Solution:  If the computer's master sound control is muted, you 
  84.                must turn the mute off before starting the program.

  86.                The program will not be able to control certain sound
  87.                cards.
